Webwatcher is a perl tool for keeping tabs on web content and the authors of that content. The idea is to provide a reporting mechanism by which people may be informed of when their data has expired. Authors are emailed when the content has expired. If the author ignores this warning and does not update the file, a 'boss' address is notified after a configurable time period.
There is a good deal more information in the webwatcher POD including use and configuration information.
The distribution files are here with RPMS or tarballs. Take the latest version.
